About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Call Center Representative to join our team at PepperPointe Partnerships. As a key member of our Concierge Call Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and orthodontic teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to inbound calls from orthodontic patients in a high-volume setting
  • Communicate effectively with patients and orthodontic teams to schedule appointments and resolve inquiries
  • Collect and track patient information in our office management system with accuracy
  • Provide solutions-oriented support to patients and teams to meet their needs

  • Advanced communication skills and a professional phone voice
  • Concierge/customer service experience and strong ability to listen carefully to patients
