Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Management:
- Oversee daily office functions, including the management of office supplies and inventory.
- Assist with technological requirements of the office, ensuring systems are operational and vendors are effectively managed.
- Coordinate the organization and maintenance of office files and storage solutions.
- Facilitate staff meetings, manage office cleanliness, and nurture vendor relationships.
- Plan and execute office celebrations and assist with various administrative tasks.
Education and Experience:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated administrative experience with the ability to work autonomously, coupled with a positive demeanor and exceptional organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, along with strong technical skills.
- Outstanding writing, proofreading, and verbal communication abilities.
Hours: Typical working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
