ThinkTank Telecom, LLC is seeking a results-driven Direct Market Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts in the region.

As the cornerstone of our mission to enhance connectivity, your role will focus on enrolling new customers into Lifeline and ACP services, managing inventory, and driving significant sales performance in your designated territory.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply superior selling and marketing strategies to enroll new Lifeline and ACP customers, striving to surpass sales goals.
  • Identify and secure optimal Partner locations to maximize service outreach and customer accessibility.
  • Ensure efficient oversight of all inventory, equipping enrollment specialists for successful subscriber engagements.
  • Conduct in-depth training for specialists, emphasizing product knowledge, enrollment processes, and compliance standards.
  • Implement quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy and efficiency of the enrollment process.
  • Evaluate and enhance the performance of enrollment specialists through constructive feedback and coaching.

Requirements:
  • A self-motivated individual with entrepreneurial aspirations and a vision for building their own business.
  • Passionate about connecting communities to essential Lifeline and ACP services.
  • Demonstrated success in sales and marketing within the region.
  • Strong understanding of the local area for strategic partner location scouting.
  • Experience in management or supervisory roles, preferably in direct sales or marketing.
  • Effective leadership, recruitment, and training skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
