Position Overview:
The Business Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in evaluating user requirements to develop systems solutions that align with business objectives. This position involves documenting system specifications, defining project scope, and acting as a bridge between IT and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and assess user needs to formulate effective systems solutions.
  • Document system requirements and create specifications that guide system development.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Provide support for Finance & Payment Technology Services, including application development and maintenance.
  • Enhance existing applications and develop new solutions as required.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience as a Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle eBusiness Suite modules, including Financials and Purchasing.
  • Proven ability to address complex business requirements through effective solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and IT Service Management tools.
  • Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and experience in accounting practices.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Documentation Requirements:
The candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive system and user documentation for both existing and new applications, including:
  • System Documentation
  • Training Materials
  • User Guides

Additional Skills:
  • A minimum of 13 years of experience in business analysis or related fields.
  • A degree in a relevant field is preferred, with additional experience considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Ability to work independently on high-visibility projects and mentor junior staff.
