### Job Title: Financial Systems Analyst

#### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Analyst to join our team at Race Communications LLC. As a Financial Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, implementing, and maintaining our financial systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and functionality.

#### Key Responsibilities

* Analyze existing financial systems to identify areas for improvement
* Implement and maintain financial systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and functionality
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
* Develop and implement business application systems
* Provide expert end-to-end knowledge to users in automated financial systems
* Conduct staff training on the use of financial systems

#### Qualifications and Experience

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent education in a related field of study
* Two or more years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, or related experience working with financial planning systems
* Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivots, charts, and graphs, data imports, and database optimization
* Familiarity with automation/programming as it relates to financial systems

#### Skills

* Strong analytical skills to evaluate financial processes and systems
* Proficient use of MS Office applications, including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Functional use of common office equipment, computers, and office software
* Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and workflow
* Commitment to accuracy and high standards for quality of work
