Key Responsibilities- Support Key Accounts: Attend board meetings, manage incoming meeting requests, and assist with projects as needed.
- Administrative Support: Process New Group Case Reports, send out renewals, Experience Reports, Schedule A's, Sales Reports, Performance Guarantees, packet requests, and other administrative tasks.
- Coordinate Benefit Fairs: Participate in benefit fairs and open enrollment presentations to provide excellent customer service.
- Establish Broker Relationships: Appoint brokers and process appointments through the appropriate State Insurance Office.
- Update CRM and Retain Documentation: Analyze account information, make suggestions and recommendations, and update Dynamics CRM with critical documentation.
- Problem-Solve Group Challenges: Balance being an advocate for both the Company and the account, while resolving various group challenges that arise.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field and three years of experience in customer service, client relationship management, or sales.
- Experience with employee benefits, either working for an insurance carrier, broker, or third-party administrator.
- Ability to travel overnight and work extended hours during critical times, dependent upon business needs.
- Valid driver's license for the operation of a motor vehicle and an acceptable driving record.
- Experience in the healthcare or insurance field is preferred.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar CRM Database Management.
- Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
- Work harmoniously and independently in a diverse, multidisciplinary team environment.
- Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or problem approaches.
