Job Title: Personal Lines Representative

Job Summary:

* Efficiently handle new applications, renewals, and policy updates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Address client inquiries and issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Qualifications:

* Demonstrated experience in personal lines insurance sales or customer service.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
