Business Development Representative

The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating meaningful client relationships, acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, and proactively marketing relevant products and services to drive growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive business expansion and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide personalized recommendations to clients.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Evaluate and utilize knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in sales or account management preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
- A proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
- An enthusiasm for engaging in sales conversations and building long-term relationships.
