Lee Spring Company is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities and maintaining existing relationships with clients to drive business growth.

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

This role involves researching and identifying potential accounts, developing long-term relationships with clients, and persuading them that our products or services best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery. You will also be responsible for negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions, calculating client quotations, and administering client accounts.

Additionally, you will provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education, work on after-sales support services, and provide technical backup as required. You will also need to meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects, as well as support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.

Skill Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong technical/engineering background, a bachelor's degree in Engineering, and three to five years of proven sales experience. You will also need strong interpersonal and communication skills, knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques, and the ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment.
