Job Summary

The Office Manager will be responsible for managing general office duties and providing marketing and team support as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office operations, including coordinating daily activities and maintaining a organized workspace.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, welcoming visitors, and assisting with special projects.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts, including managing logistics for client and prospect gifting campaigns and events.
  • Assist with client services, including eligibility transactions, onsite support, and data entry.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed, including scanning and sending documents, submitting IT service tickets, and assisting with printing and binding needs.
Requirements
  • Two or more years of experience in employee health & welfare benefits preferred.
  • Exceptional MS Office experience required, to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of medical benefit terminology and how to read Explanation of Benefit Statements, preferred.
  • Proven track record in customer service, preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
