Safety Trainer Role at Western States CAT

Western States CAT is seeking a skilled Safety Trainer to join our team. As a Safety Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering safety training programs for our organization and clients. This role requires a strong understanding of occupational safety regulations and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver safety training programs for Western States CAT and clients
Maintain and update training materials and records
Collaborate with employees and leaders to identify safety concerns and potential hazards
Coach and educate employees on safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in training and safety
MSHA Part 48 Instructor Certification or ability to obtain
OSHA Outreach Instructor (Construction and General Industry) certifications preferred
