Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Training and Development Specialist to join our team at Unhooked Recovery. This role involves assisting with the self-administration of medications to patients, following state regulations and patient policies. The successful candidate will be responsible for documenting accurately on the Medication Administration Record (MAR).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the rehabilitation of drug and/or alcohol adults.
  • Read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Complete required medication, First Aid, and CPR training.
  • Hold a valid Driver's License and be able to operate a 15-passenger van.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug test and obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to handle residents' varying maturity levels with patience and tact.
