Job Summary

The Workers' Compensation Coordinator will oversee all aspects of workers' compensation claims and safety programs at Strive Pharmacy. This role ensures efficient claim processing, supports return-to-work programs, and implements safety measures to prevent workplace injuries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Workers' Compensation: Serve as the primary contact for all workers' compensation claims, facilitate claim submissions, and monitor claims status.
  • Safety: Assist in developing and implementing safety programs, conduct safety inspections, and investigate workplace incidents.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Human Resources, Safety, or Business Administration).
  • 3 years of experience in workers' compensation, safety, or employee services.
  • OSHA certification or equivalent safety training is preferred.
