Position Overview:
The Senior Program Manager will lead the operations initiatives within the Single Use Endoscopes (SUE) division. This role is pivotal in collaborating with various departments to strategize, implement, and refine plans that facilitate successful product launches and operational outcomes aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Directing cross-functional teams to ensure project completion and alignment with operational goals.
  • Evaluating project feasibility by analyzing financial, technical, and organizational factors.
  • Formulating project strategies that optimize risk and benefit.
  • Managing project budgets and resource allocations, employing agile methodologies for effective adjustments.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.

Essential Duties:

1. Align and mobilize resources from operations to execute projects effectively.

2. Develop and oversee project budgets and timelines, adapting as necessary to meet objectives.

3. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports and risk assessments.

4. Foster collaboration among team members to resolve conflicts and enhance project outcomes.

5. Drive proactive engagement within the operations team to meet project milestones.


Qualifications:

Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

Preferred:
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in product/process development within a regulated environment, demonstrating a successful track record in managing complex projects.

Proficiency in financial analysis and strategic planning, with a focus on multi-year project horizons.

Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and developing precision medical devices is advantageous.
