Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate PCA/HHA/Caregiver to provide non-medical home care services to our clients in the Worcester area.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care assistance to clients, following their individualized care plans
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
  • Help clients with mobility and physical exercises as recommended by healthcare professionals
  • Report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the care manager
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided
  • Communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures
Requirements
  • Valid PCA/HHA/Caregiver certification from an accredited program
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a home care or similar setting
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and understanding attitude towards seniors
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed
