Position Title: Financial Advisor/Treatment Coordinator

Compensation: $15-17/hr (commensurate with experience)
Classification: Non-Exempt

In this position, you will work closely with dental professionals to guide patients through their treatment options, ensuring they understand the necessary care for their dental well-being. Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehend and manage the daily responsibilities of front office personnel.
  • Engage in clinical discussions with patients regarding recommended treatments.
  • Prepare consent documentation and secure necessary approvals prior to treatment commencement.
  • Clarify insurance benefits, limitations, out-of-pocket costs, and financing alternatives with patients and/or guardians post-examination.
  • Collect payments according to the patient's insurance or visit requirements.
  • Assist the office manager in submitting claims and coding.
  • Understand pre-authorizations, narratives, and the submission of prior authorizations along with intraoral images.
  • Support the Greeter and Insurance Specialist as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area/lobby.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
