Position Overview: The Early Childhood Program Administrator is tasked with promoting the vision of an exemplary early childhood program. This role encompasses the oversight of all operational aspects, emphasizing staff development, compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a supportive environment for children and families. This position aligns with the company's mission by ensuring high-quality service delivery that surpasses expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all operational functions of the early childhood program, focusing on staff development, regulatory compliance, and creating a nurturing environment for children and families.
    • Recruit, onboard, and cultivate a dedicated team to support educational initiatives and organizational values.
    • Implement and uphold program policies and procedures in alignment with organizational standards.
    • Act as the compliance authority to ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
    • Establish and maintain clear expectations for all stakeholders, including parents, children, staff, and community partners.
    • Oversee facility management, including food services, transportation, and environmental services.
    • Conduct regular team meetings to foster collaboration and ensure educational objectives are met.
  • Design, implement, and assess program offerings to meet strategic goals and community needs.
    • Engage in monthly supervisory meetings for reflective practice.
    • Participate in annual strategic planning with leadership and advisory groups.
  • Oversee financial management of the program.
    • Adhere to established financial protocols.
    • Prepare monthly financial summaries and annual budgets for review.
    • Ensure compliance with grant requirements through accurate reporting.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with families and the broader community.
    • Collaborate with marketing professionals to showcase program achievements.
    • Develop monthly communications to keep families informed.
    • Establish accessible communication channels for families.

Physical Requirements:
