Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Surveillance Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing surveillance operations on the West Coast, ensuring that all investigations are conducted in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage surveillance operations on the West Coast, including coordinating with investigators and clients
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure performance standards are met or exceeded
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times, focusing on communication and appearance
  • Work well in a rapid-paced environment, communicating daily results to clients by telephone and email
  • Manage client budgets and ensure that all work conducted is within authorized limits
  • Monitor and coordinate investigator travel and expenses
  • Represent the company in court and/or legal proceedings as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a related role, with a strong background in surveillance operations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong computer and internet skills, with experience using scheduling software and other investigative tools
  • Ability to model behaviors that reflect our company's core values
