RN Clinic Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Manager Clinic Operations to join our team at Swedish Health Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing ongoing leadership for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to ensure cost-effective and quality operations of multiple clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure strategic integration of care and clinical practices to provide an optimal patient experience.
- Lead staff to ensure that patient care services are provided in a timely manner, which are sensitive to the patient's physical and psychological needs.
- Ensure compliance with established clinical policies and procedures.
- Participate in SMG-wide special projects, committees, or task forces as requested.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Health-related field or business or 6 years equivalent work experience which includes management experience.
- 2 years experience in healthcare management, physician practice management, and/or clinical operations.
- Demonstrated progression into increasingly responsible leadership/management roles.
