About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Kymanox. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with current and potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth in the Life Sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and close business opportunities in the Life Sciences industry
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline and forecast to achieve company revenue goals
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients
  • Monitor and maintain client relationships to identify partnership and contract growth opportunities
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a focus on the Life Sciences industry
  • Proven track record of developing new relationships and cross-selling current accounts
  • Experience with managing or selling professional services
  • Strong communication and customer presentation skills
  • Ability to form partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders
