- Guest Service: Demonstrate commitment to superior guest service through personal response to guest needs, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Communication: Interact with outside contacts, including guests, owners, vendors, and regulatory agencies, to resolve issues and drive business growth.
- Other Duties: Perform any other duties as assigned by management, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Education: High school education/GED.
- Experience: Minimum one year sales experience in hospitality or two years of progressive experience in a hotel environment.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar computer application, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Travel: Up to 50% travel requirement, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physical Demands: Frequent sitting, standing, and moving about the facilities, with occasional lifting of items weighing up to 25 pounds.
