About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to join our team at AxisCare. As a Business Development Intern, you will play a vital part in our growth strategy by prequalifying leads for our Business Development Representatives (BDRs).

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial outreach and discovery with potential prospects.
Prequalify leads by assessing their suitability and alignment with our target market and criteria.
Maintain and update lead information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with Business Development Intern Manager to understand priorities and refine lead qualification criteria.
Assist in developing and executing lead generation strategies to support overall business growth.
Provide regular feedback and insights to the Business Development Intern Manager on lead quality and market trends.

Requirements:

Strong interest in business development, sales, and market research.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and results-driven.
