We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Executives. As the primary administrative contact, you will work closely with Executives across all lines of business and with external agencies to answer questions and resolve administration-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Executives, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Serve as a liaison between Executives and external agencies, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and initiatives to provide informed support to Executives.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient and effective administrative operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment.
