Regional Sales Representative

As a Regional Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to empower coaches and players alike. You'll be responsible for building strong relationships with travel organization owners and key decision-makers, driving adoption and retention throughout baseball and softball programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve/exceed sales result expectations
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high adoption and retention rates
- Act as the primary point of contact for a robust portfolio of travel baseball and softball organizations
- Lead and implement overall strategy, driving the planning process and ensuring alignment with internal and account stakeholders
- Manage opportunities in the sales funnel using CRM
