About the Role:

Guidehouse is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager / Data Analyst to join our Revenue Cycle Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading analytic and data visualizations in support of organizational and mission goals, and supporting decision-making for large-scale programs within Revenue Cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop data visualization and dashboard solutions to provide required analytics insights using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and/or Qlik.
  • Manage, direct, and review the work of a team who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments.
  • Identify and create additional data visualization capabilities, as needed.
  • Analyze current processes and identify potential improvements.
  • Ensure data governance and quality assurance standards are met.
  • Develop training materials.
  • Work with team members to summarize and report on business process improvements, including gaps in current processes and initiatives to improve processes for an organization.
  • Organize and lead client meetings, including scheduling meetings, drafting and delivering agendas and meeting minutes, providing and archiving required documentation, and documenting, tracking, and following-up on action items.
  • Summarize and present information and reports to the team and make recommendations (both oral and written).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Ability to anticipate and respond to management and client needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Ten (12) or more years of business and data analytics experience.
  • Experience leading at least 3 direct reports focused on developing analytic solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience developing new, automating, and/or re-designing existing processes to meet new and/or evolving business requirements.
  • Ability to provide guidance and direction for specific projects or sub-tasks.
  • Experience analyzing and defining system requirements.
  • Experience with SQL, ACL, Python, Power BI, Tableau - similar data analysis / visualization tools.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and present topics to diverse groups of functional and technical staff.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff within an organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience.
  • Data science/analysis relative to Revenue Cycle.
  • Power BI data automation and visualization / dashboard creation.
  • AS400, Athena, HealthQuest.
