Job Title: General Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Sales Manager to join our team at iCRYO - Fort Worth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales management experience in a high-volume retail or fitness center environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work a minimum of 45 hours per week with a flexible schedule
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
