Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving quarterly and annual goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage trade show contacts to generate sales growth
- Proactively prospect for new customers and maintain existing relationships
- Collaborate with our engineering department on custom applications within your territory
- Work independently with minimal direction, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of work experience
- Minimum 3 years of field sales experience
- Proficient in the use of personal computers and software applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Mechanical aptitude and above-average verbal and written communication skills
