Job Overview

Position: Full Service Account Manager at Dutch Farms Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engages in activities within designated grocery outlets as instructed by the Sales Supervisor.
  • Manages the ordering, stocking, and rotation of product displays in alignment with company standards.
  • Conducts daily shelf inventory assessments to ensure optimal product availability.
  • Maintains an accurate inventory of back stock, ensuring timely replenishment of shelves.
  • Implements stock rotation practices to ensure freshness, prioritizing the sale of newer products last.
  • Prepares orders for upcoming deliveries based on current inventory levels.
  • Monitors promotional activities and adjusts orders according to display space allocated by the store.
  • Responsible for monitoring product expiration dates and promptly notifying management of any issues related to dated items.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and positively with clients.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to each store's specific backstocking and display methods after training.
  • Physical capability to lift, push, pull, and rotate items, with a typical weight limit of 30–40 lbs and occasional lifting up to 75 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in cooler or freezer environments for extended periods.
  • Proficient in English, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in a professional format.
  • Ability to collaborate within a team and engage with a diverse workforce.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
