Engages in activities at designated grocery outlets as instructed by the Sales Manager.
Manages ordering, stocking, and rotation of company product displays.
Conducts daily inventory assessments to maintain current shelf stock in the store.

Maintains a record of the store's back stock, ensuring that necessary items are brought to the sales floor.

Ensures proper rotation of stock, guaranteeing that the newest products are sold last.
Prepares orders for the store's subsequent delivery based on the existing back stock levels.
Monitors and places orders in alignment with upcoming promotions and allocated display space within the store.

Takes responsibility for monitoring items nearing expiration (shrink) and must notify the dairy grocery or store manager upon identifying issues with dated products.

Requirements

Qualifications/Skills:
Customer service focused - Exhibits the ability to communicate effectively and positively with clients.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Demonstrates capability in generating and maintaining precise and concise written documentation.
After training, will understand the unique backstocking and display methods of each assigned store.
Must be capable of pushing, pulling, lifting, and rotating items. The Physical Demand Limit (PDL) typically ranges from 30–40 lbs, with occasional demands up to 75 lbs.

Must be able to physically work in cooler or freezer environments for a significant portion of the shift.

Possesses the ability to communicate (speak, understand, read, and write reports using appropriate format and structure) in English.

Functions effectively in a team setting, collaborating with a diverse group of individuals across all facets of the Dutch Farms organization.

Operates with minimal supervision and demonstrates productivity.
