**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors, ensuring a positive experience at our properties.
  • Work closely with the Property Manager to maintain accurate records, manage resident accounts, and ensure compliance with HUD and Tax Credit regulations.
  • Assist with the leasing process, from initial application to move-in, and respond to customer service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collect rent and other income, make bank deposits, and forward receipts, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Collaborate with the Front Desk and Maintenance site teams to coordinate resident engagement and events, promoting a sense of community at our properties.

**Requirements**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • One (1) year of administrative, office, accounting, or customer service experience.
  • Property management work experience and knowledge of applicable local and federal housing laws.
  • Knowledge of real estate property management applications.

**What We Offer**

  • Competitive hourly rate of $26.03/hour DOE.
  • 15 days of earned PTO your first year, 12 company holidays + 2 floating holidays.
  • Early close Fridays - 3 paid hours off early each Friday.
