Job SummaryThe Assistant Property Manager will work closely with the Property Manager to ensure the day-to-day operations of the property run smoothly. This role requires a strong understanding of HUD and Tax Credit regulations, as well as excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide customer service to residents and visitors
- Assist with resident records documentation and data entry
- Collect rent and other income, make bank deposits, and forward receipts
- Assist with the leasing process from initial application to move-in
- Respond to customer service requests
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of administrative, office, accounting, or customer service experience
- Property management work experience and knowledge of applicable local and federal housing laws
- Competitive hourly rate of $26.03
- 15 days of earned PTO in the first year, 12 company holidays, and 2 floating holidays
- Early close Fridays with 3 paid hours off each week
- Health, dental, vision, and pet insurance
- Employer-paid life insurance
- Quarterly bonus pay to on-site staff
- 403b matching and paid volunteer time
