About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative at Othrlvl Inc, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to help customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of customer service expertise, technical knowledge, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
