We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Guide to join our team at Red Oak Recovery in Leicester, NC. As a Recovery Guide, you will play a vital role in helping young adults navigate their recovery journey through our integrative wilderness and experiential therapy program.

About the Role

As a Recovery Guide, you will work closely with our treatment team to provide compassionate clinical care and facilitate therapeutic interventions, process groups, mindfulness sessions, and educational groups. You will also lead clients on overnight adventure activities, such as hiking, camping, and canoeing, and provide a high level of physical and emotional safety to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Implement compassionate clinical care as part of an integrative treatment team
  • Facilitate therapeutic interventions, process groups, mindfulness sessions, and educational groups
  • Lead clients on overnight adventure activities, such as hiking, camping, and canoeing
  • Provide a high level of physical and emotional safety to our clients

Requirements
  • Must be willing to work 7 1⁄2 consecutive days on shift followed by 6 1⁄2 days off
