Behavioral Health Specialist

Oasis Recovery Center is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician to provide support and assistance to clients and staff in our addiction and recovery program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily facility and client schedules
- Monitor client presence through regular rounds
- Assist with initial intake process and work collaboratively with the treatment team
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- 18 years of age or older
- Complete pre-employment requirements, including background check and drug test
- Understanding of 12-step model and recovery principles
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
