Colony Brands is seeking a seasoned Business Development Consultant to drive sales growth and lead key account efforts. As a key member of our team, you will leverage our expertise in data analytics and consumer credit marketing to expand our client services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a client-centric sales support structure to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Conduct market research to identify high-potential targets within the direct-to-consumer retail and service spaces
  • Collaborate with the client success team to develop strategic sales plans and deliver budgeted sales and gross margin targets
  • Leverage a network of referral sources and centers of influence to introduce new business and promote the Colony Brands brand
  • Analyze and optimize business performance, focusing on conversion funnel, margin, and discount management
  • Represent Colony Brands at trade shows and partnership events to strengthen the brand
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of business development experience, including hands-on experience across all aspects of the selling cycle
  • Highly developed negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to cultivate trust-based relationships
  • Microsoft Office Suite aptitude, with intermediate PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Working ERP and CRM knowledge
  • Previous involvement in RFI and RFP processes
  • Demonstrated initiative, strong ownership of work results, and a solutions-oriented approach
