- Build and maintain detailed customer profiles, establish new contacts, and influence customer requirements.
- Conduct targeted outreach via phone and email to nurture leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Develop and implement strategic territory plans, ensuring organized follow-through on initiatives.
- Prioritize customer engagement to ensure visibility and promotional activities are aligned with business objectives.
- Deliver compelling product presentations to key accounts and educational stakeholders in a consultative manner.
- Facilitate introductory meetings with current and prospective clients to cultivate ongoing relationships.
- Create effective solution proposals tailored to both existing and new accounts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in education or sales is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook and PowerPoint (basic), Word and Excel (intermediate), and Salesforce CRM.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
- Experience in the educational publishing industry is highly desirable.

Compensation
The salary for this role ranges from $45,000 to $70,000 annually, with variations based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sales commission plan will be included in the compensation package, along with a comprehensive range of medical and other benefits, depending on the position.
