- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to Channel Partners and Channel Partner-Led Industrial Accounts (including End Users, System Integrators, Original Equipment Manufacturers, and Control Panel Builders) across various market segments, influencing the design of industrial automation systems.
- Engage in solution sales involving power and industrial products that facilitate the distribution, monitoring, automation, and control of industrial automation applications.
- Connect Channel Partners with advanced offers, applications, and tools to support their commercial success.
- Collaborate with Industrial Channel Managers, Branch Managers, Purchasing, Outside Sales, Inside Sales, Industrial Specialists, and End User Engineers to promote Schneider Electric innovations in the market.
- Work alongside Inside Sales, Outside Sales Teams, Channel Managers, Pricing, Offer Management, and other cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
- Drive market strategy and customer demand through comprehensive account plans with our channel partners, encompassing special pricing agreements, promotions, and joint sales initiatives.
- Achieve sales and profitability targets to support Schneider Electric's growth objectives in your assigned market.
- Communicate Schneider Electric's software, cloud analytics, and services narrative to our channel partners and contractors in relation to their digital transformation journey.
- 3-5 years of relevant sales experience is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or Communications is preferred, although a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Experience in electrical distribution, industrial automation, or energy management industries is essential, particularly in selling through distribution channels and to trade professionals.
- Familiarity with industrial product technologies such as Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Soft Starts, Control Relays, Signaling, Sensors, HMI, Motor Control, Circuit Breakers is advantageous.
- Experience with consultative sales methodologies is beneficial.
- A passion for learning and sharing knowledge through coaching and training peers and channel partners is essential.
- A customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients of varying technical expertise.
- A collaborative spirit that values diversity and thrives in a matrix organization.
