About the Role

Schneider Electric is a global leader in the digital transformation of energy management and automation. We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Engineer to join our team in the Industrial Territory. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the industrial automation market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners in the industrial automation market
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, customer engagement, and sales outreach
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and plans
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers and partners to ensure successful project implementation
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to inform sales strategies and plans
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in the industrial automation market
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or Communications
  • Experience with consultative sales methodologies and a passion for learning
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and partners
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
