Position Summary

Allegiance Industries Inc. is a leading provider of facility services based in Columbia, SC, and is currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Vice President of Facility Sales to enhance our presence in the Northeastern markets.

In this role, you will collaborate with a dedicated inside sales team focused on lead generation, prequalification, and client engagement. You will partner with an assigned Inside Sales Representative to strategically identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.

Utilizing advanced tools such as Zoho CRM and Zoominfo Intent, you will engage prospects, coordinate prequalification calls for the outside sales team, and schedule onsite visits for bids and proposals. You will also be responsible for developing staffing models, pricing strategies, and proposals, ensuring a seamless transition to the operations team upon closing deals. Pricing strategies will be reviewed with the Chief Revenue Officer to maintain accuracy.

This position currently operates as an individual contributor role, with the potential to build a team of business development representatives as performance metrics are achieved. The target for this position is $3M in net new revenue annually, a goal that is highly attainable given Allegiance's historical growth in various markets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop a robust pipeline of prospects within the assigned territory, providing inside sales with insights from the CRM system.
  2. Participate in all prequalification calls arranged by inside sales to assess business compatibility.
  3. Conduct and attend all client onsite visits.
  4. Create necessary pricing documents, Statements of Work (SOWs), and other materials for accurate proposals.
  5. Utilize Proposify templates to craft customized proposals.
  6. Maintain detailed records of all sales communications, calls, and stages of prospects in the CRM.
  7. Recommend and implement enhancements to the sales administration process.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  2. 7-10 years of sales experience, ideally within the facility services sector.
  3. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  4. Comprehensive understanding of the sales administration process.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, conflict resolution, team collaboration, and communication.
  6. Ability to convey information effectively across various mediums (verbal, written, etc.).
  7. Goal-driven and self-motivated individual with a commitment to achieving and surpassing sales targets.
