POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Senior Vice President of Business Growth will spearhead the strategic planning and implementation of initiatives aimed at expanding our footprint in the custom fixtures sector. This role is pivotal in recognizing new market opportunities, fostering robust client relationships, and propelling revenue enhancement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Formulate and execute detailed business development and marketing plans to meet growth targets.
  2. Identify and assess potential markets and clients that align with our Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sourcing strengths.
  3. Stay abreast of industry developments and market dynamics to refine strategies as necessary.
  4. Lead promotional initiatives to bolster the company’s visibility in current markets and explore new avenues.
  5. Establish and sustain a strong pipeline of prospective business opportunities.
  6. Build and nurture significant relationships with key clients, industry leaders, and strategic allies.
  7. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations of company capabilities to prospective clients in various digital formats.
  8. Convey client expectations to internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, including pricing, timelines, quality, and other pertinent details.
  9. Project sales and profit margins for new business engagements.
  10. Willingness to travel as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Demonstrated success in securing new business and driving growth within the custom fixture sector.

  9. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  10. 12+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

Reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Client Management and collaborates closely with all internal departments.

DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY:

Responsible for shaping the strategic approach to new business opportunities, identifying target markets that align with company capabilities, and recommending marketing strategies.
