About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Child Psychologist to join our team at the Depression and Anxiety in Youth (DAY) Clinic. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing diagnostic assessments, delivering evidence-based interventions, and collaborating with psychiatry, advanced practice nursing professionals, and clinical social workers to ensure comprehensive care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans for children and adolescents with depression and anxiety disorders
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services
  • Participate in program development and leadership opportunities
  • Teach in pediatric medical and psychology training programs
  • Engage in scholarly activities, including research and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • PhD or PsyD in clinical psychology, pediatric psychology, or clinical child psychology
  • Completion of an APA-accredited internship with clinical child and adolescent psychology as a major area of study
  • Relevant experience in working with children and adolescents with depression and anxiety disorders
  • Eligibility for licensure in Missouri and Kansas
