Senior Process Development Manager

As a Senior Process Development Manager at Actalent, you will be responsible for developing and executing plans for major process-related segments of complex product development projects. Your expertise in process development and leadership skills will be essential in directing and overseeing a team supporting process development-related activities on projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and analyze process performance data to establish process design and specifications for newly designed or modified products.
- Plan and validate equipment and processes of newly designed products to meet internal and external requirements.
- Lead and oversee a team supporting process development-related activities on projects.
- Review progress of projects and recommend appropriate revisions.
- Take a leadership role in the application and advancement of technologies developed.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Engineering.
- Experience working within the Medical Device industry.
- Balloon Catheter Product Knowledge.
- Manufacturing Process/Development.
