Job Description:

As a Senior Process Development Manager at Actalent, you will be responsible for developing and executing plans for major process-related segments of complex product development projects. Your expertise in process development and leadership skills will be essential in directing and overseeing a team supporting process development-related activities on projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and analyze process performance data to establish process design and specifications for newly designed or modified products.
  • Plan and validate equipment and processes of newly designed products to meet internal and external requirements.
  • Lead and oversee a team supporting process development-related activities on projects.
  • Review progress of projects and recommend appropriate revisions.
  • Take a leadership role in the application and advancement of technologies developed.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Engineering.
  • Experience working within the Medical Device industry.
  • Balloon Catheter Product Knowledge.
  • Manufacturing Process/Development.
