Process Development Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative individual to join our Process Development team as a Process Development Engineer.
This role will focus on developing Nitinol forming processes for the WATCHMAN device, with opportunities for future growth and professional development.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop capable processes and complex technologies for new products, ensuring efficient and effective transfer of products into production.
Responsibilities include directly supporting complex equipment in developing new processes, working cross-functionally to develop processes and technologies, and collaborating with R&D to develop product concepts and provide Design for Manufacturability (DFM) input.
Additionally, you will develop experimental strategies, present technical data and recommendations at technical reviews, and solve complex technical problems in a hands-on manner.
As a Process Development Engineer, you will have the opportunity to drive innovative technology solutions from concept to commercialization, working on product and process development to lead the design and commercialization of new medical devices.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience, Bachelor's Degree in engineering or relevant technical field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and influence in a technical environment, experience working with complex equipment, and understanding of problem-solving and root cause investigations.
