About the Role:

The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for driving the deployment of digital solutions in partnership with the Commercial IT division, aligning with divisional strategy. This person will bring their excitement, experience, and customer focus to a dynamic and cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for digital solutions across the Commercial IT division, including defining and prioritizing product capabilities, features, and enhancements to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Advocate and SME on the full lifecycle of business requirements and implementation and extension of core BSC solutions.
  • Define and leverage KPIs, targets, and metrics as a method of showing progress, areas of opportunity, and where additional analysis is needed.
  • Partner with data analysts to build and refine dashboards showing KPIs with targets and metrics that demonstrate feature value.
  • Partner and communicate with stakeholders, including business managers and COE teams, on progress, needs, and risks.
  • Champion a customer-first approach, gathering feedback and insights to inform product decisions and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and communicate project status to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager delivering digital solutions.
  • Deep understanding of order-to-cash business processes.
  • Extensive experience working on both website and mobile application implementations.
  • Data-driven decision maker with a strong understanding of the relationship between key operational metrics and business drivers.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities with a history of making challenging tradeoffs.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
