If you possess extensive leadership experience in system implementation and project management, this position is tailored for you. You will engage closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT departments to drive strategic initiatives and enhance customer lifecycle experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Business Process Analysts in executing Atlassian's QTC transformation
- Analyze and enhance comprehensive QTC processes across sales and advocacy teams
- Partner with Sales stakeholders to pinpoint areas for improvement
- Serve as a subject matter expert on QTC systems for external entities
- Direct the roadmap and advancement of QTC tool enhancementsEssential Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience in Sales Operations within the software domain
- Expertise in QTC processes, business analysis, and solution deployment
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and team management experience
- Strong operational and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a background in cross-functional collaboration
