Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a full-time Receptionist to manage front desk operations. The selected candidate will work the 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. shift and will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Receptionist, your primary duties will include:

  • Greeting clients and visitors, providing information about our services, payment options, and billing processes.
  • Scheduling appointments and directing walk-in clients as per established protocols.
  • Handling incoming calls and routing them to the appropriate staff members.
  • Registering clients according to our registration procedures and collecting necessary documentation.
  • Generating required documentation for each client and ensuring completeness.
  • Verifying client insurance coverage and calculating applicable charges.
  • Collecting deposits or co-pays prior to client appointments.
  • Informing clients of outstanding balances and processing payments.
  • Collaborating with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and minimize wait times.
  • Reminding clients of upcoming appointments and following up on missed appointments.
  • Communicating client concerns to management as needed.
  • Maintaining strong sensory skills and the ability to move throughout the office.
  • Utilizing computer systems and Microsoft Office effectively.
  • Promoting our mission and values in all interactions.

Education and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have:

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Formal training from a vocational school is a plus.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar medical or administrative role.
