This role will play a crucial part in driving sales performance and activity in assigned markets, ensuring that territories are properly staffed and messaging is clear and accurate. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and client managers.

A key aspect of this position will be coaching, mentoring, and developing direct and indirect team members to enhance individual selling skills and elevate overall team performance. Additionally, the candidate will need to conduct market analysis to understand regional trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

We offer a highly competitive salary of $110,000 - $130,000 per annum, along with benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
