Pediatric Hematology and Oncology Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinician-educator to join our department as Section Head of Oncology and Director of the Leukemia/Lymphoma (Hematologic Malignancies) Program. As a nationally recognized leader in the field, you will have the opportunity to drive the growth and development of our program, leveraging your expertise in clinical care, research, and education to improve outcomes for our patients.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of research/scholarly productivity, experience in program development, and demonstrated mentoring and leadership skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the program, including clinical care, research, and education, as well as developing and implementing strategic plans to drive innovation and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Leukemia/Lymphoma (Hematologic Malignancies) Program
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive innovation and growth
- Leverage expertise in clinical care, research, and education to improve outcomes for patients
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to achieve program goals
Salary and Benefits: The estimated annual salary for this position is between $250,000 to $350,000 depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a competitive benefits package, access to cutting-edge facilities and resources, and potential for academic promotion.
