Job Summary

Culligan Great Lakes is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our office support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving product and service-related issues, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve any product or service-related issues
  • Schedule service calls and dispatch service technicians to customer locations
  • Close out billing and work orders, and prepare paperwork for the next business day
  • Take payments and maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Schedule new customer initial inspections
  • Prepare and maintain compliance and regulatory reporting (sales reports, month-end reporting, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Customer service and multi-line telephone experience required
  • Routing/dispatch experience highly desired
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Account collections experience preferred
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic, honesty, and integrity are key for this position and our organization
  • Excellent communication skills, including helpfulness and patience in dealing with fellow employees and external customers and vendors
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently

About Culligan Great Lakes

We are an Essential Employer and offer a stable and growing, family-oriented company culture. We like to promote from within and offer a great full-time, Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm work schedule with an hourly rate starting at $15 per hour and opportunity for monthly commission. We also offer the use of free Culligan equipment in your home.
