Job Title: Customer Service Representative

At Info Way Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide sales support to our sales consultants and account executives
  • Process will-call orders and voicemail orders
  • Assist customers with delivery times and provide invoice copies
  • Request credits and maintain call lists
  • Monitor orders before the cut-off and communicate regularly with account executives and customers
  • Manage same-day deliveries for OPCO
  • Perform other duties as directed by manager

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2 years of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking
  • 2 years in a customer service role in the food/hospitality industry (preferred)
  • Resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with customers over the phone

Work Location: 740 Massman Dr, Nashville, TN

Shift Timings: 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday - Friday)
